The role of Housekeeping Attendant involves providing exceptional service and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation in all areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist hosts with special needs and requirements.
  • Stock supply wheel trolleys with required room supplies for shifts.
  • Replace supplies in rooms, including stationery folders, host supplies, compendiums, hotel brochures, and information regarding hotel services and facilities.
  • Remove furniture, curtains, and other fixtures that require repair, replacement, spotting, waxing, or cleaning.
  • Change bed linen with clean bed sheets and pillowcases according to resort policy.
  • Care for all details, style, and overall appearance of all areas.
  • Apply, use, and maintain equipment with the utmost care and be responsible for it.
  • Uphold Six Senses guidelines and standards of service and operation.

To succeed in this position, you will need to have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 2 years' experience in a similar hotel operational setting. A hospitality diploma/degree from a recognized hospitality school is preferred. You should also have a good understanding of scheduling work and knowledge of cleaning procedures, chemicals, and surfaces. Excellent command of written and spoken English is essential, as well as the ability to live in a remote location for extended periods and travel on single status.
