Investment Fund Manager

Muscat, Oman | We are seeking a seasoned Investment Fund Manager to lead our real estate investment funds.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of real estate fund management, including deal sourcing and execution.
  • Develop and structure innovative real estate fund products aligned with market opportunities.
  • Leverage knowledge in fixed income and alternative asset classes to enhance product offerings.
  • Conduct comprehensive due diligence on prospective real estate investments, assessing financial, legal, and operational risks and returns.
  • Evaluate deals to align with strategic objectives.
  • Ensure robust risk management processes throughout the transaction lifecycle.

Deal Sourcing & Business Origination

  • Cultivate relationships with developers, brokers, and industry stakeholders to identify new investment opportunities.
  • Develop marketing materials and pitch presentations to attract and engage investors.

Client Engagement & Relationship Management

  • BUILD strong relationships with existing and potential clients, providing expert advice and timely updates on market trends and transaction progress.
  • Provide strategic direction and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Promote best practices in real estate fund management and facilitate continuous professional development.
