Description

  1. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading multiple IT projects, managing project resources, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality results.
  2. They will work closely with clients, stakeholders, and senior executives to understand business needs and develop effective solutions.
  3. In addition to project management skills, the ideal candidate should have strong business analysis capabilities, including requirement elicitation, analysis, and verification.
  4. Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
  5. The Program Manager will also be responsible for developing business requirements documents, participating in testing and quality assurance processes, and collaborating with developers and subject matter experts to ensure application functionality meets client needs.

Requirements

  1. A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in IT technical fields or project management and business analysis is required.
  2. Strong understanding of software development life cycles methodologies, such as SDLC and Agile.
  3. Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
  4. Experience working with data warehouses or databases and integrations is a plus.
