We are seeking a seasoned HR Manager to join our team and lead our HR department in the Middle East region. As a key member of our leadership team, this individual will be responsible for developing and implementing effective HR strategies that support our business objectives.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations
  2. Manage change initiatives to minimize disruption and maximize benefits
  3. BUILDING STRONG RELATIONSHIPS: Foster collaborative relationships with regional managers and departments to drive business outcomes
  4. Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters
  5. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address talent gaps and develop strategic workforce plans

This role requires a strong understanding of HR best practices, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to navigate complex cultural and political environments. We are open to considering Omani Nationals for this position, and we look forward to receiving applications from qualified candidates.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in HR, preferably in a senior or leadership role
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR strategies
  • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions

Compensation Package:

We offer a competitive salary package within the range of 3,000-3,500 OMR, along with opportunities for career growth and professional development.
