Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support:
  • Manage daily office operations, including scheduling meetings, maintaining records, and handling correspondence.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication.

Customer Care:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits.
  • Address and resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain and update customer records in the database.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in administrative or customer service roles is essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM systems are highly valued.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for success in this position.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail are also required.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
