Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support:
- Manage daily office operations, including scheduling meetings, maintaining records, and handling correspondence.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
Customer Care:
- Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits.
- Address and resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
- Maintain and update customer records in the database.
Skills and Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in administrative or customer service roles is essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM systems are highly valued.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for success in this position.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail are also required.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
