We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Financial Manager to oversee the financial operations of our company. As a senior leader, you will be responsible for ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards, managing a team of junior accountants, and providing guidance and support to ensure efficient and effective financial processes.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day financial operations of the company.">
  • Prepare and review financial statements, tax returns, and other reports.">
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.">
  • Manage accounts payable/receivable processes and perform bank reconciliations.">
  • Supervise a team of junior accountants and provide training and support as needed.">
  • Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting activities.">
  • Conduct regular audits to identify potential errors or discrepancies.">

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

">
  • ">
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (Master's preferred).">
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in accounting or finance roles (experience in a supervisory role preferred).">
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.">
  • Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.">
  • Proficient in using accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks) and MS Office applications (especially Excel).">
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.">
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).">
  • Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Hindi/Urdu is a plus.">
