Job Title: Florist

Job Description:

As a skilled floral designer, you will be responsible for creating exquisite floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, events, and everyday orders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet with clients to discuss their floral needs and preferences.
  • Design and create floral arrangements based on client's requirements and budget.
  • Order flowers from suppliers and ensure they are fresh and of high quality.
  • Arrange flowers in vases, containers or baskets according to design specifications.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the workspace.
  • Keep inventory of supplies and order new materials when needed.
  • Attend events or weddings to set up floral arrangements if necessary.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Floral Designer.
  • Proficiency in floral design techniques, including hand-tied bouquets, centerpieces, and corsages.
  • Knowledge of different types of flowers and their care instructions.
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Good communication skills and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
