Nestled in the breathtaking landscape of Oman, a luxury resort boasts three hotels: Al Waha, Al Bandar, and Al Husn. This resort features 22 exceptional dining venues, a grand ballroom, and a spa with treatment villas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in preparing high-quality baked goods and desserts.
  • Maintain consistency, hygiene, and quality standards in the pastry department.
  • Prepare cakes, bread, plated desserts, and other sweet treats according to established recipes.
  • Store and handle ingredients and products properly, particularly perishable items.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in all pastry areas.
  • Support the implementation of hygiene, safety, and sanitation practices.
  • Monitor ingredient usage to minimize waste and control costs.
  • Collaborate with the Junior Sous Chef and Chef de Partie to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and maintain a cooperative working environment.
