We are looking for a talented Project Manager who can oversee various IT projects while serving as a Business Analyst. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with team members to achieve project objectives.
  2. Manage projects from initiation to closure, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope.
  3. Interface with business units and technical teams to facilitate project implementation and post-project activities.
  4. Develop clear project requirements using industry-standard templates and tools.
  5. Analyze business needs and break them down into specific requirements, use cases, and user stories.
  6. Lead the requirements gathering, analysis, and verification process to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  7. Create comprehensive project documentation and visual aids like diagrams or prototypes.
  8. Prioritize project requirements and identify potential risks.
  9. Conduct user acceptance testing, create test plans, and prepare test data and cases.
  10. Participate in testing and quality assurance processes.
Qualifications
  • 5-10 years of experience in IT, Project Management, or Business Analysis.
  • Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal.
  • Desirable: Banking experience, especially with payment systems.
  • Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and facilitation skills.
  • Knowledge of project management and business process improvement methodologies.
  • Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
  • Skills in data mapping, analysis, and system analysis.
  • Experience with data warehouses, databases, and integrations is beneficial.
  • Relevant certifications like PMP or CBAP are advantageous.
