Functional Lead Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our functional team, overseeing the reimagination of business processes by Business Analysts to ensure alignment with the bank's strategic goals and industry best practices.

  • Mastery of business processes and CRM integration is essential. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in analyzing complex requirements and creating functional specifications.
  • The successful candidate will establish and maintain best practices, standards, and methodologies for business analysis to ensure consistency and quality in deliverables.
  • This role involves collaboration with various business units, including Retail, Corporate, and Islamic Banking, as well as IT and operations, to identify goals and objectives related to CRM.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the creation of detailed functional requirements and Business Requirement Documents (BRDs).
  • Collaborate closely with technical leads to ensure correct understanding and implementation of functional requirements.
  • Ensure CRM system configuration aligns with documented business requirements and processes.

Requirements:

  1. A minimum of 8 years of experience in business analysis, including mastery of business processes and CRM integration.
  2. Experience in creating functional specifications, establishing best practices, and ensuring consistency and quality in deliverables.
  3. Ability to collaborate with various business units, including Retail, Corporate, and Islamic Banking, as well as IT and operations.
