Job Summary

This role involves working as a Technical Architect on the customer delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 centred solutions. You'll be responsible for implementing various modules of Dynamics CRM, collaborating with client teams and business stakeholders, and contributing to technical presales activities.

Responsibilities

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Implementing Dynamics CRM modules;
  • Organising workshops and meetings with clients and internal stakeholders;
  • Developing high-quality business and software solutions;
  • Ensuring completion of business requirements and project deliverables;
  • Contributing to technical presales activities;
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A University degree in computing or a related field;
  • Relevant experience in Dynamics CRM configuration and customisation;
  • Strong technical and functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM;
  • Proven experience in developing Power Platform solutions;
  • Detailed knowledge of Customer Engagement areas;
