Job Description

As a Technical Architect in our team, you'll work on implementing various modules of Dynamics CRM while collaborating with client teams and business stakeholders. You'll be responsible for:

  • Implementing Dynamics CRM modules;
  • Organising workshops and meetings with clients and internal stakeholders;
  • Developing high-quality business and software solutions;
  • Ensuring completion of business requirements and project deliverables;
  • Contributing to technical presales activities;
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A University degree in computing or a related field;
  • Relevant experience in Dynamics CRM configuration and customisation;
  • Strong technical and functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM;
  • Proven experience in developing Power Platform solutions;
  • Detailed knowledge of Customer Engagement areas;
