Job Overview

The role of a Technical Architect in our Microsoft Business Solutions team involves working as a core team member on the customer delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 centred solutions. As an architect, you will be involved in business process and solution design, configuring and customising the implementation of Dynamics CE solutions, and collaborating with both onshore and offshore development teams.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Implement various modules of Dynamics CRM while working closely with client teams and business stakeholders;
  • Organise workshops, meetings, and requirements sessions with client representatives, project stakeholders, business analysts, and consulting teams;
  • Interface effectively with other members of the consulting team to arrive at best-in-class solutions and provide sustainable and scalable architecture;
  • Deliver high-quality business and software solutions and services to clients, ensuring the implementation of best practices based on Microsoft Dynamics standards;
  • Ensure completeness in meeting business requirements and take accountability for project deliverables;
  • Contribute to activities such as technical presales, building demos, and proof-of-concept solutions for client presentations;
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • A University graduate with a degree in computing or a related field;
  • Microsoft Dynamics CRM certifications (2016, D365) and Power Platform certifications are desirable;
  • Strong technical and functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Power Platform stack;
  • Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience in Dynamics CRM configuration, customisation, standard or custom workflows, dashboards, forms, views, integration, custom plugin development, report development;
  • Proven experience in developing solutions involving Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages, etc.) and Dataverse;
  • Detailed knowledge of Customer Engagement areas including Sales, Marketing, Customer Service & Field Services;
