This exciting leadership role involves driving commercial and operational success across regional retail outlets. Our ideal candidate will be a seasoned sales leader with a proven track record in driving business growth.

The successful individual will oversee the performance of sales outlets and retail stores, manage a team of senior professionals, and be responsible for sales growth, government contract acquisition, stakeholder engagement, and customer satisfaction.

  • Lead sales and commercial operations across regional retail outlets.
  • Develop and execute business growth strategies tailored to local market conditions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with government stakeholders and corporate clients.
  • Oversee marketing initiatives, sales targets, and regional KPIs.
  • Manage budgeting, resource planning, and regional financial performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align with national strategy.
  • Drive performance, motivate teams, and develop talent across the region.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience, with at least 5 years in a management role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Solid background in sales, retail operations, or business development.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Strong understanding of regional dynamics in Sohar, Musandam, Buraimi, Suwaiq, Saham, or Shinas.
