Restaurant Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our pizza outlet.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure smooth service during all shifts by supervising day-to-day restaurant operations.
  • Maintain consistency with brand standards through monitoring food preparation and presentation.
  • Train and manage service and kitchen staff to maintain efficiency and high morale.
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly.
  • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards as per local regulations and company policies.
  • Support the team in inventory management, ordering supplies, and minimizing wastage.
  • Prepare performance metrics and support the Restaurant Manager in preparing daily sales reports and shift schedules.
  • Evaluate adherence to cash handling and POS procedures.
  • Promote excellent customer service among staff and encourage upselling.
  • Enforce compliance with all company policies, including health and safety regulations.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of supervisory experience in a quick-service restaurant (QSR) or pizza chain.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Flexibility to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Proficient in POS systems and basic computer applications.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; diploma in hospitality is a plus.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
