Chef Principal

About the Position

We are seeking an accomplished and charismatic Chef Principal to lead our culinary operations. As a senior leader, you will drive business growth, develop talent, and create memorable experiences for our guests.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive culinary strategies, aligning with business objectives and market trends.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, stakeholders, and internal partners.
  • Promote a culture of innovation, excellence, and teamwork among kitchen staff.
  • Ensure seamless execution of events, banquets, and daily services, meeting high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Conduct regular audits, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and data analysis to inform decision-making.
Requirements and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in senior culinary positions, preferably in luxury hotels or fine dining establishments.
  • Outstanding leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • Expertise in menu planning, costing, and profit margin analysis.
  • A deep understanding of kitchen operations, including inventory management, supply chain logistics, and equipment maintenance.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or related field is required.
