A highly skilled Body Repair Master is required to join our team in Oman. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in auto body repair and the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough inspections of damaged vehicles and create repair plans
  • Repair or replace damaged body panels, frames, and other components
  • Remove dents, scratches, and other imperfections from vehicle surfaces
  • Sand, prime, and paint vehicle surfaces to match the original color
  • Evaluate all repairs according to industry standards and manufacturer specifications
  • Manage inventory of tools and supplies needed for repairs
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in auto body repair preferred
  • At least 5 years of experience as an Auto Body Technician or similar role
  • Extensive knowledge of vehicle structures, materials, and repair techniques
  • Skilled in using various hand tools and equipment for body repairs
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce high-quality workmanship
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
  • Good communication skills and ability to interact professionally with customers
