About This Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and working with key value-added resellers to drive new business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly sales revenue targets. Identify and create new sales opportunities and manage sales cycles to build a solid pipeline of qualified prospects.
- Channel Management: Manage relationships with key channel partners, provide regular product and solution updates, customized workshops and enable them to perform independent pre-sales support for small-to-medium size opportunities.
- Account Management: Maintain databases of clients and grow each new sale into strong account references.
Requirements:
- Experience: Bachelor's Degree and at least 5 years of account management or business development experience in the ICT industry. Security and cloud vendor experience is preferred.
- Skills: Skilled at solution selling and project selling, channel management; previous experience with local IT vendors and distributors is preferred.
- P personal Qualities: Aggressive, dynamic, result-oriented, team player. High integrity, target-focused, and able to work with minimum supervision.
- Industry Experience: Abundant experience in the education sector or retail industry.
- Linguistic Skills: Good interpersonal and communication skills in English.
