As a key member of our food and beverage team, the Food & Beverage Assistant Manager plays a vital role in ensuring guest satisfaction and maintaining high service standards.

The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory or assistant managerial role within F&B, preferably in a hotel or upscale restaurant. They should possess strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, as well as excellent guest service and problem-solving abilities.

They will be responsible for supervising and supporting day-to-day operations across all food and beverage outlets, leading and motivating the F&B team to deliver exceptional service, and communicating effectively with guests.

The successful candidate will handle guest feedback and complaints professionally, ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and quality standards are consistently maintained, and assist in staff scheduling, training, performance evaluations, and development.

In addition, they will work closely with the kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth coordination, monitor inventory, support cost control, and participate in the planning and execution of events, banquets, and promotional activities.
