**Shop Operations Manager**

This role is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a retail store to ensure exceptional customer service and maximize sales and profitability.

  • Detect, anticipate, and report on customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities impacting the region or market.
  • Greet customers, offer assistance, and promptly address their needs and complaints in line with quality and customer service standards, fostering customer loyalty.
  • Manage store licenses and certificates, and ensure employees' official documents are valid and compliant with local regulations.
  • Ensure efficient receiving process for items and shipments, monitor inventory activities, including cycle counts, stock movements, and transfers.
  • Analyze sales performance, identify missing sizes and items, and manage collection rotation to determine replenishment needs.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Place accurate orders, meet stock performance objectives, and maximize sales and sell-out.
  • Prepare staff schedules based on visitor traffic, sales targets, events, and operational needs.
  • Log and update commercial and operational information on provided platforms in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Manage annual allocated budget by monitoring expenditures within set limits, optimizing and reducing costs where possible.
  • Oversee shop image and ensure compliance with brand standards, verifying and following up on cleanliness, display, and maintenance.
  • Develop comprehensive reports on key performance indicators (KPIs), sales trends, inventory levels, and team productivity.
