Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Bartender to join our team at Mandarin Oriental, Muscat. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our guests, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
Main Responsibilities
- To perform proactive, interactive and reactive services to satisfy our guests' needs during their dining and bar experience.
- To lead and communicate effectively with colleagues during bar operations.
- To follow established procedures for producing and serving beverages and maintaining a clean and organized bar environment.
- To achieve high standards of service delivery and maintain a deep understanding of our brand values.
- To handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
- To maintain accurate records of inventory, sales, and customer feedback.
- To identify and report any maintenance issues or concerns that may impact service delivery.
- To stay up-to-date with new trends and techniques in mixology and continue to develop skills and knowledge.
- To work collaboratively with the kitchen and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
