Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Technology Architect to lead the design and implementation of integrated data platforms. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in enterprise architecture and data platform implementation.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement highly integrated data platforms aligned with business needs and IT strategy, delivering gap analysis documents and translating business requirements into solution design artifacts.
  • Oversee the implementation of a Unified Service Desktop for front-end integration of banking applications, defining technical and non-functional requirements such as performance, scalability, maintainability, and observability.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet strategic objectives and user needs, developing and enforcing bank-specific architecture principles for data platform implementation.
  • Select and define the technology stack, ensuring compatibility with existing infrastructure, guiding partners in creating the target technical architecture blueprint.
  • Understand software limitations and capabilities within the project ecosystem, defining staging environment strategies including development, testing, training, staging, and production environments.
Requirements:
  • More than 10 years of experience in enterprise architecture and data platform implementation.
  • Strong experience in data platform architecture and integration, with expertise in data migration, event streaming, real-time integration, and enterprise-scale solutions.
  • Experience in financial services domain, proficiency in front-end integration and user experience design for Unified Service Desktops.
  • Knowledge of architectural standards, patterns, and frameworks such as TOGAF and Zachman.
  • Ability to lead technical design and implementation, ensuring adherence to standards and business goals.
Key Skills:

The ideal candidate should possess excellent problem-solving skills, with a strong understanding of data architecture and integration concepts. Experience with Agile methodologies is also desirable.
