Data Platform Implementation Manager

We require an experienced Project Manager to oversee the execution of data platform implementation projects within the financial services sector.
About the Role- Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives with at least 5 years of proven experience in managing data platform implementation projects.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, ensuring alignment with the overall program strategy.
- Closely collaborate with business, IT, operations, and SI partners to analyze and refine requirements for data platform capabilities.
- Define project approach, establish clear roles and responsibilities, and develop project plans.
- Ensure clear communication of project requirements, work plans, and any changes to commitments with all impacted stakeholders.
- Create and circulate succinct one-page project status summaries for management.
- Organize and facilitate regular project meetings to review progress, address challenges, and align on next steps.
- Establish and monitor quality control processes, including defining entry/exit criteria and validating compliance.
- PMP certification is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong experience in project management methodologies, such as Agile and Waterfall.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, risk management, and financial services domain knowledge.
