Education Leader

To provide strategic vision and leadership for the school, ensuring high-quality education for all students and improved standards of learning and achievement.
Main Responsibilities- Promote a secure foundation to achieve excellence in all areas of the school's work.
- Maintain clear values and goals to ensure providing world-class education for all year groups at the school.
- Provide direction for the school academic team, students and parents and ensure that the school is managed and organised to meet its aims, targets, vision and mission.
- Ensure professional representation of the school mission, vision, values, accomplishments and goals in front of the students and staff, and towards parents, government officials and members of the local and international community.
- Lead with integrity, creativity, resilience, and clarity, adhering to policies, regulations and instructions of the school and international education standards.
- Inspire and influence others to believe in the fundamental importance of education in young people's lives and promote the value of education and how the school vision and mission fit with these values.
A Master's Degree in Education Leadership or related field is required. A minimum of 5 years' experience as a school headteacher or similar role is essential. Native English Speaker preferred. Experienced with the National British Curriculum.
