
Sales Growth Strategist

As a Sales Manager, you play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and maximizing business opportunities in your area of responsibility. Your primary objective is to implement sales strategies that achieve targets and exceed productivity expectations.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring comprehensive coverage of your portfolio, including all levels of accounts managerial and departmental executives for exceptional client servicing, achieving targets, and maximum productivity.
- Implementing and executing sales objectives and action plans to reach and exceed targets set.
- Negotiating prices with customers for transient and group business in connection with properties, establishing parameters and quotes.
- Providing valuable insights on changing market conditions, including trends in the competition, as a result of direct sales solicitation, telephone, and direct mail in your market areas.
- Maintaining files of major accounts and assisting superiors in managing the accounts management system.
- Ensuring selling strategies are adhered to during negotiations and identifying opportunities for up-selling whenever possible.
Qualifications
- A relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management is ideal.
- Minimum 3 years of work experience as Sales Manager or Sales Executive is required.
- Strong problem-solving, administrative, highly organized, multi-tasking skills, and excellent interpersonal skills are essential.
- Experience in governmental sales and hospitality background is mandatory.
- Local experience and proficiency in Arabic language is preferred.
