Job Title: Financial Technology Professor

We are seeking an accomplished academic to join our Faculty of Business and Management. The successful candidate will have expertise in Finance and FinTech, with a strong track record of teaching and research.

The appointed professor will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching experiences on FinTech modules at the undergraduate and postgraduate level. They will also contribute to curriculum management, enhancement activities, and ensure compliance with Oman Academic Accreditation Authority standards.

The ideal candidate will have a PhD in Finance, FinTech, or a related field, as well as experience in Higher Education teaching. Strong links to industry and international contexts are highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality teaching on FinTech modules.
  • Construct, plan, and assess student assignments.
  • Liaise with faculty directors on student matters.
  • Undertake research and scholarly activity.
  • Engage with external bodies and industry.
