Job Overview

This role involves developing and implementing HRMS systems to enhance organizational efficiency.

  • Create project plans, manage projects, and coordinate teams to implement solutions.
  • Analyze and solve issues related to HRMS systems.
  • Develop test scripts for HRMS projects and debug production issues.
  • Participate in the Core HR team to maximize technology capabilities.
  • Implement problem-solving tools and evaluate their applicability.
  • C Coordinate leads on projects with HR, IT, and other departments.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Project Management: Develop project plans using associated project planning tools.
  2. Team Coordination: Communicate, coordinate teams, and manage projects throughout their life cycle.
  3. Test Script Development: Create and provide test scripts for HRMS projects, new applications, implementations, upgrades, etc.
  4. Issue Resolution: Analyze and solve issues related to assigned area.
  5. Problem-Solving: Implement problem-solving tools and techniques and evaluate applicability to specific problems within assigned area.
  6. Project Coordination: Coordinate leads and participate on projects with HR, IT, and other departments as needed.

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a HRMS Systems Specialist. This role will be responsible for developing end-user documentation and materials for training on and related to HRMS systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • Very Good knowledge of CORE HR Applications, including Employees Data Maintenance, Work Structures, Earning/Deduction Code Creations, International HR/Payroll, Career Management.
  • Experience with Supporting Self-Service Applications.
  • Experience with Oracle GL and Oracle Projects.
  • Experience with Payroll Processing.
  • Very Good knowledge of Oracle HRMS System Administration, including Flexfields, Value Sets, and Concurrent Processing.
  • Good knowledge of Oracle Patching Methodologies and Oracle Support for effective maintenance of the HR Apps.
  • Very Good knowledge of Oracle HRMS fast-formulae.
  • Good knowledge of payroll accounting, legislation setups, localization, global HR setup, and labor law.
  • Oracle DB Schema, SQL, PL/SQL experience.
  • Discoverer reporting tool experience.
  • Techno-functional expertise with Oracle EBS (E-Business Suite) modules/applications: Employee Self Service, Compensation Workbench, and Payroll.
  • Very Good knowledge of HR Data Structures.
  • General Knowledge of Oracle Apps Schemas and Functionality to be able to work with IT Department.
  • Very Good knowledge of SQL, including tools like TOAD, PL/SQL Developer, etc.
  • Working knowledge of PL/SQL, Reports, XMS publisher, OA Framework, Discoverer.
  • Oracle AME - Approval Management Engine workflow functionality experience.
  • Communication skills with various business users like HR, Payroll, Benefits, GL, and Projects.
  • Requirements gathering skills, including FIT/Gap analysis for optimal use of the Oracle HR Applications.
  • Proficient with PC and MS office.
  • Experience with R12 version of Oracle E-Business Suite.
  • Experience with multiple implementation projects.
  • Strong ability to multi-task with attention to detail, prioritize, meet multiple deadlines.
  • Very Good communication skills with various business users like HR, Payroll, Benefits, GL, and Projects.
  • Very Good Requirements gathering skills, including FIT/Gap analysis for optimal use of the Oracle HR Applications.
  • Capacity to lead Junior Functional Roles as well Technical Developers.
  • Development and Improvements in the HR Arena.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working unsupervised.
  • Proficient with PC and MS office.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree with Specialization in Computer Science/Engineering.
  • Certification related to Oracle System (Database/Functional Training) preferred.
  • Should have at least 10 years of total experience, of which minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.
