Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist

Ensuring the quality of projects is a critical aspect of our organization's success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Review
  • Review project specifications and shop drawings to ensure compliance with scope of work. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Conduct random inspections against project specifications, approved shop drawings, method statements, ITPs, and quality control standard procedures.
  • Ensure delivered materials match approved material submittals and project specifications. Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or nonconformances.
  • Inspection Coordination
  • Coordinate with client's inspection team for final & approved inspections. Ensure that all necessary documentation is completed and submitted on time.
  • Coordinate with Site/Section Engineers to arrange daily inspection program. Monitor and report progress to Senior Quality Engineer.
  • Daily Reporting
  • Prepare daily Inspection Report and submit it to Senior Quality Engineer. Highlight key findings and recommendations for improvement.
  • Ensure work is executed in accordance with approved shop drawings, method statement, and project specification. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance.
  • Quality Control
  • Initiate NCR alerts and/or NCR for any discrepancies or nonconformance activities for following up and submit it to the Senior Quality Engineer. Develop and implement corrective action plans to prevent reoccurrence.
  • Ensure awareness of 'On HOLD' points as stated in the inspection and testing plan. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of quality control processes.
