Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Assurances team, responsible for delivering health and safety, environmental/sustainability management, quality management, and worker welfare functions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in portfolio management, with experience in leading teams and overseeing performance and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Lead the Assurances team, comprising program and Mace employees, to deliver high-quality results.
  • Portfolio Management: Develop and implement effective portfolio management strategies to drive business growth and improve efficiency.
  • Quality Assurance: Oversee quality assurance processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Auditing: Conduct internal audits to ensure the effectiveness of quality management systems and identify areas for improvement.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to team members on quality management processes and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Formal Auditor Training: Possess formal auditor training within a relevant subject area.
  • Line Management Experience: Have experience in line management, with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams.
  • Quality Assurance Experience: Demonstrate a strong understanding of quality assurance principles and practices.
  • Quality Management System Experience: Have experience working with quality management systems, including implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement.
