Electrical Project Manager

We are seeking an accomplished Project Manager with a wealth of experience in overseeing the delivery of complex electrical substation projects. As a seasoned leader, you will be responsible for guiding teams through all phases of project development, from design and procurement to construction, commissioning, and final handover.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of electrical engineering principles, industry best practices, safety regulations, and quality standards specific to high-voltage infrastructure. They will develop detailed schedules and budgets, manage risks and issues proactively, and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality.

This role requires effective leadership and mentorship of multidisciplinary teams, as well as strong communication skills to interact with clients, contractors, engineers, and regulatory bodies. A proven track record of managing large-scale, high-value substation projects is essential, along with expertise in contract handling, change management, and resource allocation.

Prior experience in managing teams, developing and implementing project plans, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations is also desirable. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive business growth by delivering successful projects that meet client expectations and contribute to the expansion and modernization of electrical power infrastructure.
