Senior Quality Assurance & Quality Control Engineer

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our software testing and quality assurance initiatives.

The ideal candidate will possess expertise in test automation, API testing, performance testing, and security testing using tools such as Selenium, Cypress, JUnit, Postman, JMeter, and OWASP.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Test Automation: Develop and execute automated test scripts using Selenium, Cypress, JUnit, TestNG. Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
  2. API Testing: Conduct API testing using Postman, SOAP UI to ensure seamless system integration.
  3. Performance Testing: Optimize application performance using JMeter, Gatling.
  4. Security Testing: Identify vulnerabilities and improve security using OWASP, Burp Suite.
  5. Leadership & Mentoring: Guide and mentor junior testers, including fresh graduates.
  6. Training & Development: Conduct training sessions on QA best practices and automation strategies.
  7. Collaboration & Problem-Solving: Work closely with developers and business teams to resolve quality issues.

Required Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in QA/QC engineering.
  • 5 years in a leadership role in QA/QC.
  • Strong expertise in Test Automation (Selenium, Cypress, JUnit, TestNG).
  • Experience in API Testing (Postman, SOAP UI) and Performance Testing (JMeter, Gatling).
  • Knowledge of Security Testing (OWASP, Burp Suite).
  • Proven ability to mentor, coach, and train teams.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Certifications:

  • ISTQB Certified Tester
