Card Product Specialist

Job Overview

  • We seek an experienced professional to manage card product launches and enhancements, focusing on conventional and Islamic banking.

About the Job:

  • The successful candidate will have 10-15 years of experience in card products business development.
  • Strong analytical, communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills are required.
  • Able to analyze customer expenditure trends and identify opportunities for advancement.
  • Familiarity with market trends, opportunities, and product launches in the Islamic banking and payments market is highly desirable.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing the portfolio, which encompasses activation, increasing spend, and expansion within traditional and Islamic financial services.
  • Enhancing the range of current products and transitioning processes to digital platforms.
  • Overseeing initiatives aimed at activating and augmenting expenditure on card products.
  • Crafting plans to boost the use of cards and elevate the number of transactions.
  • Working closely with the marketing department to develop promotional campaigns that increase card utilization.
  • Performing regular analyses of customer expenditure trends to identify opportunities for advancement.
  • Coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure seamless operations and address potential challenges.
  • Monitoring key performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of migration and activation operations.
  • Collaborating with internal teams, including IT, legal, and marketing, to synchronize system updates.
  • Fostering existing partnerships and establishing new relationships to promote growth within the portfolio.
