Job Overview

Six Senses Zighy Bay is a luxury resort that embodies local sensitivity and global sensibility.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Financial Management: Establish and maintain effective management of the resort's accounting practices, providing financial information and reporting to all divisions and departments.
  • Prepare the annual budget plan, and monitor actual financial performance against the budget.
  • Oversee financial transactions, including approval of purchase requisitions and orders, payments, petty cash, payroll, audits, and other financial requests.
Key Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role within luxury hotels with proven results.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English.
  • Ability to live in a remote location for extended periods and travel on single status.

The Director of Finance will be a key participant in setting the strategic direction of the resort and will safeguard the pillars of sustainability, wellness, and out-of-the-ordinary experiences through strategic planning and development.

Requirements

In addition to the above qualifications, candidates should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
