We are seeking a proactive and organized professional to manage critical operations, HR functions, and client relations. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless HR processes, maintain strong relationships with clients and employees, and support business activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage relationships with employees, clients, and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Oversee the full recruitment cycle, including IT recruitment: understand client requirements, screen CVs, schedule interviews, issue and negotiate offer letters, and handle visa processing.
  • Address employee grievances and implement employee engagement activities to enhance employee connection with the organization.
  • Coordinate with the finance department to ensure timely submission of invoices.
  • Manage monthly payroll: collect, verify, and process timesheets and attendance.
  • Monitor the Tender Board for new opportunities, prepare and submit tender documents, and ensure compliance with technical requirements.
  • Oversee all client contracts: manage new and ongoing contracts, ensure timely renewals, and handle negotiations & costings.
  • Lead the Tender Committee chaired by the CEO.
  • Manage employee leave, track and coordinate leave, and arrange replacements during absences.
  • Conduct regular client visits and engage with client HODs to maintain high service standards.
Desired Candidate Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8–10 years of experience in HR and operations, preferably in a service-oriented industry.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment, payroll, and employee relations.
  • Experience with tendering processes and contract management is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines efficiently.
