As an F&B Associate, you play a crucial role in delivering exceptional guest experiences by providing efficient and friendly food and beverage service.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Greet guests in a welcoming and professional manner.
  • Take customer orders, answer questions, and provide menu recommendations to enhance their dining experience.
  • Ensure accurate and timely delivery of food and beverages by communicating effectively with the kitchen team.
  • Serve meals and drinks according to established standards and presentation guidelines.
  • Promptly address guest inquiries, concerns, and requests while maintaining a courteous and friendly demeanor.
  • Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including setting up tables and clearing dishes in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen and F&B team to ensure seamless coordination of service.
  • Upsell menu items and promote special offers to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Process customer payments accurately and efficiently while adhering to cash handling procedures.
  • Follow all safety and hygiene guidelines to create a clean and safe working environment for both guests and staff.
  • Assist in restocking and replenishing supplies as needed to maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve overall F&B goals and exceed guest expectations.
