Job Title:

A seasoned construction leader is sought to oversee all aspects of our EPC oil and gas projects in Oman.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate all construction activities from conception to completion.
  • Collaborate with the project team to plan, schedule, and budget construction activities.
  • Ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment to the project site.
  • Monitor progress and quality of work to ensure project goals are met.
  • Implement and enforce safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and project team members to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Prepare and submit progress reports to senior management.
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 15-20 years experience in large EPC construction projects.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to plan, organize, and prioritize tasks.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Willingness to work on-site and travel as needed.
