Oil and Gas Operations Strategist

The primary function of a Business Operations Lead is to oversee the day-to-day operations of a branch, ensuring that all contractual obligations are met and clients are satisfied.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and supervise the day-to-day operation of the Branch
- Coordinate and manage important communication with the Client and relevant authorities
- Decide on major human resource issues and implement strategies to improve economic and technical performance
- Identify opportunities for revenue growth in Oman and North Africa
- Engage in cold calling Clients and establish meetings
- Develop relationships with Engineering/Oil & Gas Companies
- Generate new accounts and manage talent placement within client companies
- Assess new business opportunities and conduct market studies
- Minimum 5 years experience at Manager Level involved in Oil & Gas Recruitment/Manpower Supply
- 5 years Business Development Experience in the Middle East and North Africa
- Strong industry connections for Oman/North Africa
- Proven track record in acquiring new Clients and interacting with executive level individuals
- Academic qualification (University Degree)
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Proficient English language skills
