Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in Directional Drilling tools and downhole equipment.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify and inspect all types of Directional Drilling tools and downhole equipment.
  • Perform quality checks as per established procedures and tool manuals.
  • Coordinate with operations to meet field schedule requirements.
  • Assemble DD Motors as required.
  • Operate BreakOut Machine and Overhead Crane safely and efficiently.
  • Participate in knowledge sharing, lessons learned, and safety reporting.
  • Report job failures promptly and submit detailed reports for investigations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Ensure shop equipment and tools are in good working condition.
Requirements:
  • A quick learner with adaptability to new problems and situations.
  • Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Energetic and driven towards continuous learning and improvement.
  • Effective communication skills (written and verbal).
  • A team player committed to safety and operational excellence.
Qualifications:
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
  • Good computer skills; ability to work with business software.
  • Certified/competent Breakout Machine Operator.
  • Certified/competent Overhead Crane Operator.
