This role involves supporting the sales team in various aspects of their work.

Main responsibilities:

  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting to the line manager as needed.
  • Managing pending orders/standing orders and ensuring timely completion.
  • Generating quotations for customers in absence of Salesperson as required.
  • Identifying and resolving delivery issues, stock discrepancies, etc. with the Salesperson involved.
  • Communicating delivery updates or alternative product suggestions to customers based on Salesperson guidance.
  • Organizing meetings between the sales team and potential clients.
  • Maintaining adherence to HACCP & ISO standards.

Essential skills and qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales; background in sales coordination or administration will be viewed favorably.
  • Ability to secure a valid work permit/visa for the job location.
  • Familiarity with existing customer bases in the job location area.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Working knowledge of CRM systems, especially Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Familiarity with standard software applications such as Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
