Hotel Concierge

Fujairah Rotana Resort & Spa seeks a highly skilled and motivated Front Office Associate to provide superior customer experiences and contribute to a seamless service delivery process.

This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in being proactive, adaptable, and outcome-driven, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Proactively greeting guests and addressing their needs throughout their stay, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
2. Maintaining regular communication with colleagues across departments to guarantee efficient service delivery.
3. Developing a deep understanding of guests' preferences and needs through effective engagement.
4. Efficiently managing luggage transfers between check-in and check-out procedures.
5. Reliably handling and distributing messages, packages, and mail for guests and staff.
6. Providing punctual newspaper delivery to guest rooms.
7. Delivering prompt and courteous service when responding to guest requests and delivering essential items.
8. Maintaining a well-organized and tidy concierge area and storage space.

**Ideal Skills & Experience:**
