Job Description
Sales and Administrative Professional Sought for Steel Manufacturing, Fencing, or Related Industry Position.

This full-time opportunity is open to candidates with a minimum of 1 to 5 years of experience in sales or a related field. Candidates should have a proven track record in customer mapping, solution designing, client communication, closing deals, and MIS preparation.

About the Role:
This role involves identifying opportunities to sell products/services tailored to clients' needs. The ideal candidate will understand clients from a business perspective, identify key contacts, and maintain accurate client data. They will analyze client needs, propose suitable solutions, and ensure timely collection. Additionally, they will present technical information, demonstrate how products meet client needs, resolve issues throughout the process/project, and negotiate contract terms.

Main Responsibilities:
  • CUSTOMER MAPPING: Identify opportunities to sell products/services tailored to clients' needs.
  • SOLUTION DESIGNING: Analyze client needs, propose suitable solutions, and ensure timely collection.
  • CLIENT COMMUNICATION: Present technical information, demonstrate how products meet client needs, resolve issues throughout the process/project.
  • CLOSING DEALS: Negotiate contract terms.
  • MIS PREPARATION: Prepare timely reports, quotation follow-ups, and update CRM as needed.
  • INTERDEPARTMENTAL COORDINATION & COLLABORATION: Coordinate with Sales Support, Project Management, Estimation, Purchase, Accounts, Logistics, and Plants personnel for smooth project execution.
  • IMPORTER LIAISON: Understand client requirements regarding quality, labeling, packaging, packing, and markings on export products, as well as delivery goods, keeping up with changing Government Policies and Tariffs on Importation of Goods.
  • MAS DOCUMENTATION: Prepare and submit MAS documents to stakeholders as needed.


Requirements:
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 to 5 years of sales or related experience. Experience in the Oman market is essential. Additionally, they should have project sales/value-based selling, direct/institutional sales, OEM preferred. It would be beneficial to have experience specifying products with consultants and selling to civil contracting companies, MOT, ROP, various ministries, municipalities. Steel Manufacturing Industry experience is also desired.
