Job Summary:

This role is responsible for providing administrative support across corporate services functions. The successful candidate will ensure smooth operations in line with hospitality asset management requirements.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with internal departments including HR, IT, Procurement, and Legal to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, records, and compliance registers to meet regulatory requirements.
  • Support the onboarding process of hotel operators and external partners by facilitating communication and ensuring a smooth transition.
  • Assist in organizing board meetings, taking minutes, and following up on actions to ensure effective decision-making and implementation.
  • Manage internal communication and support the implementation of corporate policies to maintain a positive work environment.
  • Prepare regular reports for senior management to inform strategic decisions and drive business growth.
  • Facilitate corporate governance, licensing, and audit readiness by ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a corporate or administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and enterprise systems to streamline processes and improve productivity.
  • Familiarity with hospitality operations or asset management is an advantage but not mandatory.
