The Senior Electrical Supervisor plays a pivotal role in overseeing all electrical activities across block 7 field.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Safeguard the execution of electrical work as per company policies and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure timely completion of projects and tasks.
  • Implement and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
  • Manage and control materials and tools needed for planned work.
Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Highly qualified degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in electrical maintenance, preferably in the oil & gas industry.
  • Possession of electrical licenses and certifications as required by local regulations.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Leadership and Teamwork:

The successful candidate will have strong leadership qualities, enabling them to guide junior staff effectively. They must also possess excellent teamwork skills, collaborating seamlessly with cross-functional teams to deliver results.
