Marketing Manager Job Description

As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for improving business outcomes through expert advice.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Establish key performance indicators (KPI) standards and develop assessment plans to measure success.
  2. Supervise target setting and output achievement on the ground to drive business growth.
  3. Promote and manage each business module to ensure implementation and indicator achievement.
  4. Develop national monthly incentive plans to motivate employees and verify labor costs and return on investment (ROI).
Front Management
  1. Manage new front openings, maintenance, and upgrades to maintain store appearance and customer experience.
  2. Oversee display standard output and implementation to ensure consistency across locations.
  3. Manage position-related budgets and verify costs to optimize resource allocation.
  4. Coordinate with headquarters and local suppliers for procurement, transportation, and installation of display counters.
  5. Monitor front outputs and optimize inefficient fronts to improve overall performance.
  6. E nsure front management aligns with retail management system (RMS) processes.
Minimum Qualifications
  1. At least 3 years of experience in the industry, preferably in mobile phones; 1-3 years of store and human management experience.
  2. Familiarity with human management systems and KPI rulemaking to drive business results.
  3. Experience in outsourcing manpower supplier management and goal setting to achieve objectives.
  4. Clear understanding of human output landing logic and people-store matching to optimize workforce allocation.
  5. Familiarity with position management systems and rules to streamline operations.
  6. English is a working language, Arabic preferred for effective communication.
