Sales Growth and Customer Development Opportunities

We are seeking an experienced Sales Engineer to support our growth in the industrial and domestic water treatment markets. As a key member of our sales team, you will work closely with our Chemical Sales Manager and Business Development Manager to develop and execute account sales plans, establish new customer relationships, and drive sales growth.

  • Focused on achieving annual sales targets through strategic planning and execution of sales tactics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze customer needs, develop customized solutions, and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Analyzing market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, sales calls, and marketing efforts using CRM systems.

Key Qualifications and Experience:

  • 4-6 years of experience in a similar role with a proven track record of success.
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
  • Extensive knowledge of the Water Treatment industry, including sectors such as fertilizers, power, petrochemicals, desalination, and primary metals.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
