Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Expeditor I to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing continuous insight into supplier's progress towards meeting purchase order requirements, particularly delivery schedules.

The Expeditor I will gather available data to explain requirements against which suppliers' progress can be measured. This will involve monitoring and reporting that progress to project management.

The Expeditor I will develop alternative and timely schemes to keep progress on schedule for project requirements. This may involve broad duties assigned weekly to monthly.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiently communicate ideas and concepts, developing the ability to persuade and influence others as needed.
  • Intermediate understanding of systems, processes and tools specifically related to field.
  • Degree in required with minimum 5 years relevant experience.
