Job Summary:

This role involves providing administrative support and delivering exceptional customer care to our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily office operations, preparing reports, and coordinating with various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Manage day-to-day office operations, including scheduling meetings, maintaining records, and handling correspondence.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as required by management.
  • Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication.

Customer Care:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits.
  • Address and resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain and update customer records in the database.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is highly preferred.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in administrative or customer service roles is essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM systems is required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for success in this role.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail are crucial for managing multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory, while knowledge of Arabic is an added advantage.
