Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Training Expert to join our team at MphExperts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering training and development, with expertise in LNG project experience.

The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing, documenting, and maintaining technical training programs that meet regulatory and compliance requirements. This includes conducting needs analysis, developing and implementing best-in-class training programs, and managing the implementation of training policies.

In addition to technical expertise, the Head of Workforce Development will possess excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to drive initiatives forward.

  • Conducting training needs analysis to identify required competencies
  • Developing and implementing technical training programs that meet industry best practices
  • Managing the implementation of training policies and procedures
  • Liaising with relevant authorities to obtain approvals for training courses and equipment
  • Maintaining records of trainee performance and progress
