Job Summary:

MphExperts is seeking an experienced Training and Competency Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering training and development, with expertise in LNG project experience.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing best-in-class technical training programs that meet regulatory and compliance requirements. This includes conducting needs analysis, developing and implementing training programs, and managing the implementation of training policies.

The Head of Workforce Development will possess excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to drive initiatives forward.

  • Conducting training needs analysis to identify required competencies
  • Managing the implementation of training policies and procedures
  • Liaising with relevant authorities to obtain approvals for training courses and equipment
