Civil Project Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Project Leader to oversee the execution of our wastewater treatment plant projects in Oman. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project management, budgeting, and team leadership.

Responsibilities
  • To lead cross-functional teams of up to 1200 personnel on large-scale construction projects.
  • To manage budgets, cash flow, and resource optimization to ensure project success.
  • To liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and drive project progress.

Requirements:

  1. A graduate engineer with at least 15 years of work experience in civil engineering and water retaining structures.
  2. Demonstrated expertise in project management, budgeting, and cost optimization.
  3. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a large team.
  4. Sound techno-commercial knowledge and understanding of contract management.
  5. Ability to handle clients independently and make key decisions under pressure.
  6. Leadership qualities to manage and implement project activities with a team of 1200 personnel at peak.
  7. Experience in construction project management, budget management, liaison with clients/sub-contractors, day-to-day correspondence, and contract management.
  8. Expertise in project management, cash flow, and cost optimization in resources and manpower.
